Hourly Contract Role, duration is 7/21/2025 – 12/31/2025
40 hours/week.
This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Hermitage, TN.
Role Description:
Video Producer
(3-5 years’ experience)
Skills:
• Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV equipment for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
• Understanding of event production workflows (pre-production, live execution, post-production)
• Demonstrate an aptitude and attempt to physically demonstrate best practices for staging, lighting, camera and audio setup.
• Proficiency with major web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Ability to train others on these platforms and provide live technical support
• Experience with event scheduling, coordination, and facilitation tools
• Real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of technical issues during live events
• Root cause analysis and timely resolution of technical problems
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Confident presentation skills, including on-camera presence for live events
• Customizing event layouts, technical features, and configurations to meet client requirements
• Managing requests, allocating resources, and balancing multiple technical priorities
• Familiarity with escalation protocols and continuous improvement practices
• Educating clients on technical requirements and best practices for events
• Creating or maintaining documentation for event processes and technical setups
• Managing simultaneous technical demands and making decisions under pressure
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree; 2-4 years of related experience with live production and collaboration technology/platforms. A background in broadcast/video production is preferred, not required.
