Overview

Reports to the AccessMore Lead Producer , the Video Producer/Editor is responsible for delivering visually engaging podcast video content for the AccessMore platform. This role leads video production from concept through post-production, applying advanced editing techniques and creative judgment to ensure high-quality storytelling aligned with the Ministry’s brand and mission.

  • Actively participate and contribute to Ministry-wide initiatives and projects like Gratitude Fest, Daily Prayer (one time per day), All Team Meetings, All Team Celebrations – like our Spring Jam, Team Member Celebration Service, and Summits (Remote Teams), Service Projects and others as announced. These initiatives, and others, are key components of the Ministry, our culture and more fun to do together!
  • Support and contribute to Ministry endeavors by following employment policies and practices and supporting a safe and healthy work environment. Specifically, follow K-LOVE’s Injury Prevention and Safety program, support and maintain safety standards, and participate in safety training.
  • Collaborate with producers, hosts, and the creative team to plan video concepts aligned with show tone and goals.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during podcast recordings (in-studio or remote).
  • Scout and prepare production locations or virtual setups to support video quality and brand consistency.
  • Edit full-length video episodes and create short-form content optimized for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to perform advanced editing, motion graphics, and post-production enhancements.
  • Leverage remote production tools such as Riverside.fm, Descript, or similar platforms to support high-quality remote recordings.
  • Apply branded elements, motion graphics, captions, transitions, color grading, and audio syncing.
  • Develop visual templates and creative assets to support consistent brand execution across all episodes.
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, and thumbnails using YouTube Studio to maximize reach and audience engagement.
  • Organize and archive raw footage, maintain version control, and deliver edits within established timelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, align with podcast production schedules, and share feedback or ideas during creative brainstorms.
  • Collaborate with producers, audio editors, social media managers, and freelancers to ensure quality outputs across all platforms.

  • Associate’s degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in video production and editing for digital content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Experience producing both short-form social content and long-form podcast video episodes.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio and best practices for metadata, SEO tagging, and thumbnail creation preferred.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability, with attention to detail in pacing, brand alignment, and creative presentation.
  • Familiarity with multi-camera editing, remote production tools, and fast-paced production timelines.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment or independently in fast-paced environment often with minimal supervision, sometimes under tight deadlines, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
