We’re hiring: Video Producer

Location: Knoxville, TN (In-office)

Experience Level: Mid-Level (Not Entry Level)

Citizen Advertising Agency is looking for a talented and proactive Video Producer to join our in-house creative team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Knoxville, TN. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for crafting compelling video content from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot video content for a variety of agency and client needs
Edit using Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
Develop scripts and visual concepts for storytelling
Create motion graphics and basic animations
Coordinate with clients and talent for production
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
A strong reel or portfolio showcasing previous work
Familiarity with Sony and BlackMagic camera systems is a plus
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm

Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback
Able to handle multiple deadlines without compromising quality
