The Corporate Communications Creative Team at Telecom Client Technologies is in search of a Video Editor/Producer for a 20 hour/week 12-month contract.
The Video Editor will be skilled in making powerful and engaging videos specifically for social media and internal communications. With a holistic understanding of the entire creative process, the Video Editor/Producer will collaborate with our creative and outside teams to develop digital content for our internal and external (social) channels. We are seeking an experienced, creative individual who is a storyteller and can complete that vision from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment; has strong ideation and production skills; a strong understanding of composition; great attention to detail; and a passion for both learning and innovating. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, but works well in a team environment, to create outstanding content for our global brand.
Main Responsibilities
Specialize in video creation, using motion graphics.
Highly skilled in editing with a producer mindset.
Work both independently and collaboratively to bring concepts and scripts to life with innovative expressions and techniques.
Ability to assist in photo or video shoots.
Translate strategic and creative direction from briefs, driving unique and out-of-the-box ideas and creation of on-brand video content across our social and internal channels.
Actively participate in brainstorm sessions, and concepting.
Meticulous organization of assets and projects. Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Research, video, motion design, and digital communication trends and translate them into content for Telecom Client when applicable.
Desire to take real ownership of each project and see to it that all details are thought-out.
Intrinsically motivated and work proactively on projects or other tasks without being assigned.
What We Look For In a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in video editing or a related field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience.
Work in the technology field a major plus, but not mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Cinema 4D is a plus.
Must have a strong portfolio/reel showcasing videos that include storytelling, editing, and motion graphics.
