Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a comprehensive content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Create original, scroll-stopping content aligned with the client’s brand identity and storytelling goals
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations including content production, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics monthly with actionable insights and optimization strategies

Qualifications

  • 2 – 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the lifestyle or family content space
  • Proven track record of building audiences and increasing engagement across multiple platforms
  • Strong content creation chops, including video editing and photography
  • Deep knowledge of lifestyle content trends, internet culture, and platform algorithms
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite)
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for brand tone and voice
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management abilities
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changing priorities
