The Senior Photo and Video Producer manages all facets of producing advertising/digital/social photo and video shoots for Ralph Lauren’s Collection and Purple Label brands as well as seasonal Fashion Show content and events. The SP will partner with Global leads in Marketing, Operations, Design & Creative to execute on a wide range of assets. This position will be responsible for both administrative and production work.
- Work directly with in-house creative/art directors, stylists, design, casting, and Ops on the development of shoot campaigns.
- Research and propose talent to fit creative concepts.
- Negotiate rates and usage and book relevant crew.
- Source and partner with local production companies.
- Generate detailed shoot estimates.
- Coordinate and secure all travel arrangements for crews.
- Manage all teams on set in partnership with the hired production company.
- Reconcile all shoot-related billing and expenses.
Salary range: $101,000 – $205,000 annually
