We are looking for a talented and high-energy member to join our Media Team! In this role, you will:
- Edit photo and video content
- Manage file storage and uploading
- Travel to apartment communities to conduct shoots
- Shoot high quality video and photos
This position will primarily be focused on organizing, editing, and uploading photo and video content for apartment community websites and marketing campaigns. A portion of this role will include traveling to capture exceptional photo and video images of our clients properties. Some travel will be local and some national.
This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.
Applicants must be current U.S. residents.
Applicants must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs of equipment and/or luggage.
Applicants must have a current and valid drivers license.
Requirements
You’re an excellent fit for this position if you…
Are a Photography and Videography Pro.
You’ll need to know how to use a professional DSLR camera, gimbal, and other related equipment. You’ll also need to have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere (full Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Experience with other video editing tools/software is a bonus. We’re looking for at least 2 years of professional experience in this realm.

Our team produces and returns large quantities of impactful visual content in a timely manner that are continually adherent to our brand standards. Whether it’s the first apartment fitness center you’ve edited this week or tenth, we expect an excellent result every time.

This job will require 0-5 days of travel per month, so be prepared to find yourself exploring many new cities from time-to-time!

Can handle the physical demands.
In this role you will be required to have a valid driver’s license, lift up to 60 lbs of equipment, be on your feet for several hours at a time, and occasionally work in both hot and cold weather.
