Every month, millions of people use America’s Rewards App, earning rewards for buying brands they love – and a whole lot more. Whether shopping in the grocery aisle, grabbing a bite at the drive-through or playing a favorite mobile game, Fetch empowers consumers to live rewarded throughout their day. To date, we’ve delivered more than $1 billion in rewards and earned more than 5 million five-star reviews from happy users.

It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from SoftBank, Univision, and Hamilton Lane, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.

Fetch is an equal employment opportunity employer.

The Role

The Studio is Fetch’s internal creative engine; responsible for photography, animation, videography, illustration and branding company-wide. From creative direction to production, our goal is to deliver a fun experience that our shoppers (and partners) love and can’t live without.

Fetch is looking for an experienced Video Content Creator to join our team. You will be working closely with Studio members, the social team and other internal teams to capture compelling content showcasing the app, Fetch’s CEO, and other company initiatives. You’ll be active in video pre-production discussions, edits and overall video marketing strategies. We work in a startup atmosphere where individuals take ownership and have significant impact on the final product.

Studio Members at Fetch must be…

  • Risk-takers. You’ve got ample room to fail and no time to play it safe.
  • Endlessly curious. You never hesitate to ask “why” and tirelessly seek out innovative solutions.
  • Expert collaborators. You are equally comfortable working side-by-side with executive stakeholders, technical and non-technical colleagues as you are with fellow creatives.
  • Craftspeople. You have a well-practiced eye for detail & aesthetics, always looking for ways to improve the project.
  • Radically scrappy. You thrive in ambiguity and won’t hesitate to get exactly what you need to keep moving ahead. You can get stuff done!
  • Pro Organizers. Whether it’s brainstorming notes, project details or the gear you use on a daily basis, you take pride in being as organized as possible.
  • Team-players. Our secret sauce is our team dynamic; we don’t have time for egos.

By month 3 you will be…

  • Intimately familiar with the Fetch app; using it in your daily life
  • Integrated within your team
  • Understanding the Studio, social and other internal teams’ creative goals, guidelines and best practices
  • Assisting in Fetch video shoots (filming and editing)
  • Developing strong working relationships with your Senior Video Director, Editors/Animators, Creative Director and other creatives within your team
  • Leading projects of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers

By month 6 you will be…

  • Influencing & making decisions within your team
  • Developing strong working relationships outside of your team with key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams
  • Exploring the unknowns—what opportunities are untouched?

By year 1 you will be…

  • Influencing decisions outside of your team for the larger organization
  • Thriving in ambiguity within your team and the larger organization

We’re Looking For People Who Have

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced skill level in Adobe video programs: Premiere Pro, Media Encoder and After Effects (editing and animation)
  • Beginner/Intermediate skill level in Adobe photo programs: Lightroom Classic, Photoshop (thumbnail creation and general photo touchup)
  • Familiarity working with video gear ranging from the following:
    • Video equipment
      • Mirrorless Cameras (Sony FX3 or similar)
      • Gimbals (DJI Osmo Pocket 3, DJI RS 3)
      • Drone (DJI Mini 3 Pro or similar)
    • Audio equipment
      • Wireless lav kit (be able to mic up talent)
      • Boom mic
    • Lighting equipment
      • Aperture 300/600, GVI Light Kits
      • Bounces, diffusion, flags, etc.
  • Demonstrated history and examples of in-market deliverables
  • Values and responds well to feedback
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek suggestions
  • Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail
  • Independent worker, but able to meet check-in and deliverable timelines and check-ins
  • Good communication skills

  • A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
