Videographer for MarketSync Media
Position: Freelance Videographer (As Needed Basis)
Pay Rate: $20-$60 per hour (based on experience)

MarketSync Media partners with high-ticket home service contractors to generate leads and grow their businesses through highly engaging and personalized video ad campaigns. Unlike traditional marketing agencies that rely on generic stock footage, we specialize in creating custom, on-site video content that captures the unique strengths of our clients’ services. By combining our expertise in lead generation with cinematic video production, we help contractors stand out in a competitive market and drive real results. We’re seeking a skilled videographer to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis to support our mission of delivering exceptional content and client success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to various filming locations throughout Maryland to capture high-quality video content.
- Film engaging one-on-one videos with clients
- Capture cinematic shots of job sites, showcasing the work and craftsmanship in a visually compelling way.
- Drive time to filming locations (included in the hours worked.)
Equipment Requirements:
- Camera: Must have a professional-grade camera capable of shooting in 4K 30fps for at least 1 hour continuously.
- Audio: A reliable wireless lavalier microphone system for capturing high-quality on-site audio (e.g., DJI Mic, RØDE Wireless GO/ME, or similar professional-grade equipment).
- Stabilization: A gimbal for capturing smooth and stable footage.
- Drone (Preferred): While not required, having a drone for aerial footage is a perferred.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, with a focus on both client interactions and capturing cinematic job site shots.
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and capturing engaging content.
- Ability to work independently, direct subjects confidently, and deliver high-quality results.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations.
Schedule:
This is a freelance position with work scheduled on an as-needed basis. Hours will vary depending on project requirements.
